The barrier game is when you have a piece of paper with a picture on it. You work in pairs  with a barrier between you. You take it in turns to give each other instructions eg colour the sun yellow and at the end of the game you take down the barrier and should have the same picture.

Kate is 6 today! Kate says her party starts at 4 and Calum’s mum will be decorating nails! There will be chocolate cake! Yum Yum.

We went to tennis coaching this morning. The coach said we had some Wimbledon potential!  Everybody is finishing their work on time (by Adam again!)

We all did really well.

We are having a fun time during Health Week! This morning we went on a big bus and went ten pin bowling. It was fan dabby dozzy! All 21 of us managed to ask for the correct shoe size and get changed quickly! Miss Smith had never played ten pin bowling before so decided to concentrate on taking photos when the camera ran out of power!

We then went with Miss Emslie to practise activites for sports day. We are all looking forward to our class lunch tomorrow.

Today we went to art and we were mixing primary colours together.  We also went to activity time. Josh went to football and lewis went to outdoor games. When we came in to school  this morning there were sums on our tables. Josh did his maths very quick because he is good at maths so he did more sums on the back. Lewis drew a picture on the back of his maths.

We have been practising our handwriting. We are learning to sing the ‘Wombles’ song at music with Mrs Freeland. We wrote stories about Puff the Magic Dragon’s friend called Jackie Paper. We enjoyed doing maths and had to be very careful about reading the sign in the sum so we got it right. Riley we have no beaches beside our school but we have one about 15 minutes away in Aberdeen. Kyle enjoys having a Burger King when he goes to the beach. Jason enjoys the carnivals at the beach. Josh sometimes skims rocks in the sea and when it is very warm he swims in the sea. We do not have many days when it is warm enough to swim in the sea!
